Deep breathing

I practice a lot of deep breathing. And square breathing. And mountain breathing. And tapping occasionally.

Walking barefoot in grass is good for more than just jetlag. I’m terrible at taking my own advice when it comes to ideas like “go outside”, but I appreciate the concept.
